How/what Food is Distributed to Clients:
We provide an emergency food box once a month. Qualified clients receive USDA commodities distribution once a week. We also participate in the Commodities Food Supplement Program serving children and seniors with a special distribution once a month.
Qualifications required to receive food:
Bremerton school district residence or work or child care in Bremerton. Please bring identification and proof of address with you each time you come in for service.
Volunteer Opportunities/Community Service:
Volunteers are always welcome to help with tasks like repackaging bulk foods, sorting donations, restocking, client interviews, working in our garden plots, serving on the Board of Directors and fundraising. Please see our website to obtain a Volunteer Application. New volunteers are requested to turn in their application the week before they would like to start.

Other assistance offered by our organization:
We offer referrals to primary assistance agencies as well as support for bus passes or fuel to travel to critical appointments for jobs or medical care. We also provide Take-Along food bags for direct distribution to the homeless in the Bremerton area through "Taking It To the Streets" ministry.
